Horrible experience. Came in at 9:30. No availability. Was told next apt is 11:00am. Ok. No problem. I wait in car for 90 minutes. Go in at 11:00am. Told to sit in waiting room. Sit in waiting room for 10 minutes. Brought back to patient room. Itu2019s now 11:40am and not a sign of the doctor. I just need a simple antibiotic script for a sinus infection. So much for u201curgent careu201d. And so much for an u201cappointmentu201d. How do you schedule someone for 11:00 and have them wait almost 45 min and counting?

Jennifer Wagner was excellent. She listened to everything I was saying, took great notes and did a thorough examination. I left happy with some useful exercises and medication. A couple days later I started to feel much better. Highly recommended.

I do not have a regular doctor. Very difficult finding a Dublin practice taking on new patients. So, this is my standby. Lucky that I have relatively good health, but when I need to a see doctor here is where I go. Always provide good service and good explanations. Today was no exception.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I first went to the Polaris location on 01/01/2025. I am told by Autumn I canu2019t be seen since they are booked and she can get me on for a 2:00 out in Dublin, ok great! I head out that way and arrive only to be told they werenu2019t supposed to do that and I was not going to be seen! The lack of professional and rudeness from the front desk woman is unreal to me. I worked in an urgent care previously and if someone did that we would still see them. Polaris wasnu2019t even busy to begin with.

I had very negative experience with this location. My child was miserably sick and I entered the door at 8:27 pm and this urgent care does not close until 9 PM. The lady at the front desk was so rude and stated that she cannot take any more patients because they only see the patient with the laceration or anything emergent. They didnu2019t take care of my kid as an urgent and she literally told us to go other place. The front desk lady was very rude and is not good fit for healthcare as she lacks compassion. This is totally against the law to refuse to see patients when they arrived the clinic on time. In healthcare if you arrive and they are not closed yet they should must see the patient. This place needs better customer service especially the person who is first attending patients should have compassion towards their patients. What a pathetic serviceu2026 I would not give even single star but google does not let you write until you pick any star u2026..
