This was the best urgent care experience we have had. The staff were incredibly compassionate, patient, and thorough. I also loved the online sign in feature that allowed us to check in the waiting room ahead of time.nnWhile my child wasnu2019t presenting his fever at the time we were seen, we have had a hard week. The physician listened and validated my concerns. They completed a thorough evaluation.The popsicle treats for the kids was an extra perk as well.

Super fast, friendly, clean, pretty much all the things you want a Pediatricsu2019s urgent care to be! It was our first time being there and I was definitely impressed! Especially bc there were so many kids in there and they still got us back in a room pretty quick and the dr saw us a lot faster than I expected! Definitely 5 stars!

We had a great experience at On Call Pediatrics. Needed to get in somewhere quick for an ear infection. The paramedic and Dr. Richmond made my 3 year old feel so comfortable, which is rare at a doctoru2019s office. The visit was quick and my kids actually loved it! Highly recommend.

We have taken our 1-year-old three different times to this clinic and every time has been it absolutely wonderful experience. The specialized doctors and nurses that deal with just children. There are absolutely amazing. They're so patient and understanding and they never just push you aside. They listen to all your concerns and double check everything. I wouldn't trust anybody more than my own pediatrician than them. They are worth the 45-minute drive from where I live. Just to make sure that my kids are okay.
