Visiting from Wa State: I came in experiencing flu-like symptoms. Not realizing how dehydrated I was. Got checked into the lobby, sat down for a few minutes and felt as though i was going to thrownup. I stood up walked towards the door and somehow ended up blacking out and falling to the floor. When I came to, the doctors, staff had already called 911 amd was assisting me off the ground and was keeping me alert and calm.nI just want to say thank you all for helping me and I see why your clinic has great reviews!

THERE IS NO u201cURGENT CARE HERE! Be prepared to wait at AT LEAST TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I could have driven to 50 other urgent care centers for the time I have been waiting in excruciating pain! Overcrowded- not enough providers to take care of the people who need to be seen. Reception said 30 min wait- I have been waiting an hour and a half in a cramped tiny room full of sick people. Reception should be honest and upfront and let people know they wont be seen for hours! Clear out the lobby and let people go to a better more efficient place. There are plenty of other centers around. Im sure no one would be waiting here if they knew the TRUTH ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT HOURS TO BE SEEN!

This is a tiny, cramped Urgent Care facility that's not conducive to Primary Care. You end up in a crowded waiting room with flu, COVID19, and other infectious patients.

One Stop Urgent Care is filled with some of the nicest employees ever! The staff are extremely knowledgeable! The office and rooms are super clean & well kept up with! My husband and I both come here whenever we need our medical needs met!
