This is the best CareNow I have ever been to. The staff were all super friendly, engaging, and had great bedside manner. Very quiet and very short wait times. The medical assistants were very nice, especially the nurse who helped with the injection. He was kind and helped me relax. First time a nurse actually made me smile after getting a shot.

I literally just went in and the lady at the reception/front desk was hella rude. Super cold and inconsiderate and unfriendly. I'm experiencing homelessness however I'm in the middle of finding a place for myself and dog. I just didn't have a place to leave my dog during my visit. I had her in a dog carrier and they literally denied me any help even after sharing my symptoms. The other Urgent Care are more coordinating and understanding
