Doctors are great. Front desk are a 3. They have one, only one sweet lady doing the check outs. Caribbean. When sheu2019s full with a line you would think the ones from the front desk would help her? Her coworkers?Nope. I asked one of the nicer front desk coordinators that sits closer to the door if she can check me out. She said as soon as she was done she will help me. No problem. She is always a joy! But she then goes to ask the younger one that sits in the middle who wasnu2019t doing anything u201ccan you check that patient out when youu2019re done?u201d The younger one does not say A WORD! Completely ignores her because she didnu2019t wanna check me out. Even her co worker saids u201coh okay thenu201d to her. VERY rude ! I do the same line of work at a similar desk with a similar system & she was doing NOTHING!! In this office when your checking out you can see the front desk computers, & I watched her doing absolutely nothing! Letu2019s just say she was doing something(she wasnu2019t on the phone, she wasnu2019t moving her mouse & her screen was on the appointment book for her shift) I couldu2019ve respected if she acknowledged me like she was supposed to in that field of work & said u201cmau2019am at this time the check out agent is the only one that can check you out, & she will be with you shortlyu201d than her just ignoring her coworker & me . Then after standing there 5 more mins or so cause Iu2019m still waiting, gets up and gets water. A little customer service goes a LONGGG Way!

Went in for an appt with my husband, we love the new renovations they decided to do in the building let alone all the offices. Very clean and friendly environment, my only con would be the parking lot, itu2019s always a mess/construction or pot holes. Overall I would recommend this location and Westside Primary Care to others!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst office I have ever been to and always getting worse. If you can get past the frustration, waste of time, and density of the office staff the doctors arent bad. I have been going here for 10 years and it is always something with this office. I stayed for so long bc of the doctors and they have all my records so i figured it was just easier to stay but not today. I officially give up. Of course no one takes accountability and the doctors don't get involved with how the office is ran. Doctors are good but not worth the aggravation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Went Pc doctor Goldstein. His assistant who was in training his name is Zachary did an excellent job. He was very thorough. My husband and I really liked him and he explained the blood results each one to me. He took the time to listen and tell the doctor what was going on. I was very impressed. The office is spotless there and my doctor. Good too.

I donu2019t know what happened to the staff, but things have gone down hill. Dr. Goldstein is amazing & I have been going to him for years & referred sooo many people to him. However, the moment you are out of there everything goes down hill. From scheduling an appointment, to getting someone to answer the phone, having someone return your calls, transferring you to nowhere. I have never experienced an office like this. I donu2019t know what changed in this last year, if they are short staffed or what but I really hope that they get the support they need. Dr. Goldstein is a good Dr. and the office used to work very efficiently but things have definitely changed & impacted the level of service they provide. Iu2019ve experienced so many mishaps this last year & that was non existent all the many years prior.
