Dr Ruben, at Optimum Pharmacy, goes above and beyond, with customer service. I once had an exhausting emergency situation that involved me seeing a doctor I did not know, who agreed to see me that day. The prescriptions ended up being sent to Optimum very late, after Dr Ruben had already left. He came back to the store to fill the prescriptions and wait for me to pick them up. I had never experienced that before and it was a tremendous relief.Thank you, Dr Ruben

This company sucks they threw my meds on my porch, looked on my ring since they said they delivered dog came up picked up my meds,and went down the street, I have it on video they will not replace my meds so I'm going 90 days without my pantoprazole.I also made police report made no difference I'm still without my medicine.

Dr. Reuben is amazing. We are so happy to have a pharmacy in the neighborhood and to have a pharmacy doctor who cares about getting us our prescription on time. They even deliver! Plus he has a great personality.

Horrible customer service and experience. Ruben the owner informed me that he was unable to fill my script because he was barely breaking even and wasting time trying to fill my prescription. He then proceeded to hang up on me.Awful customer service and horrible way to treat people.

Piss poor customer service. Gets out of state prescription and they just delete it without checking on it. Filed complaint with state and federal government. They are in trouble.
