Entire experience went smooth. I was able to schedule an appointment online, the platform was super user friendly. Once I got there staff greeted me and took my information and co-pay. Once seated, it wasnu2019t even 5 minutes before I was called back. Once in exam room I was seen within 5 minutes. Doctor listened to my concerns and was very accommodating, kind and put my mind at ease.nnCustomer service goes a long way. This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had going to an Urgent care facility. If and when the need arises I will 1000% go back.

Every person at MedPost Urgent Care of Yorba Linda was fantastic. The front desk associate was so friendly and helpful (he made me laugh). The nurse was welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the x-rays. And the doctor was one of the best I've ever met. His listening skills were absolutely fantastic. I felt reassured and confident in his assessment because I felt like he really heard me and took all of my concerns and symptoms into consideration. This is the second time I've visited them and I had an outstanding experience both times. One last important point...the wait was so short! Nothing like I've had at other urgent cares or emergency rooms. Thank you so much!

This is one of the best urgent care locations I have ever been to. I go out of my way to go to this location; the entire staff from the front reception to the medical staff are always very friendly and patient. I have gone here for myself and for my toddlers and they are absolutely the best. Thank you so much for all your hard work and your kindness!

I was able to get an appointment easily and the front office was great in checking me in. The medical staff were thorough and attentive. The Physicians Assistant J.Tan was great. He was extremely thorough and took his time to diagnose my issues. I am relieved to know we have a place to go if you canu2019t get into your PCP which normally takes days. Highly recommend!

I have visited carbon health a couple times in the last few weeks. Both experiences were great. The staff that assisted us were excellent. Urgent care is not a place anyone looks forward to but carbon health and their staff make the experience much more bearable.
