I went to MedPost Urgent Care because I was in so much pain and it's right around the corner from where I live. I was prepared to wait a couple of hours, but they were able to see me right away. The staff were all friendly and helpful.nnDr Mike was more than happy to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs urgent care!nnI had a painful ear infection and I can't thank Dr Mike and the helpful team enough for the exceptional treatment. My entire experience at MedPost Urgent Care was awesome.nnThe wait time was short, the nurses bedside manner was excellent, and I've never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office. Dr Mike has an outstanding knowledge of medicine and he is extremely pleasant and easy to talk to.

Horrible. Iu2019ve got insurance and Carbon is in my plan. Literally the second I walked in the door, I didnu2019t even get a u201chellou201d or, u201cI hope youu2019re OKu201d - swollen bloody hand from dog bite- I got a u201cthatu2019ll be $200 upfrontu201d in my plan my copayment is only $85 - but they demanded $200, and they refuse to bill me. They couldnu2019t care less if your arm is falling off, as long as they get their money. Iu2019m sure if I was not a white person with insurance I would have been treated MUCH betteru2026. Coincidentally, I was the only one who was white in the waiting room-. Everybody else was sitting there ready to be seen - did they all pay their $200 bucks bucks upfront? Some looked homeless, so Iu2019m guessing thatu2019s a NO! Thanks for LESS THAN NOTHING. GO TO MEMORIAL CARE. They treat you like a human being.

Making appointment was easy, short time to make one. Front desk was efficient and friendly. Fast waiting. Doctor and nurse were nice, friendly, informative, explained in easy language I could understand, even Iu2019m feeling sick they make me smile. They did ask me about test I would like to take to find the cause of my symptoms. I accepted. Results and plan care are easy to access in less that 1hr. Thank you for the health care of this urgent care I feel better and make better choice to care myself and not to spread to others (care off others).

Hi, my name is Eva I came to the clinic with a lot of pain, and when the receptionist saw me, she didnu2019t took so long to get all my paperwork. She was very kind and compassionate and then Dr.(female) and her assistance. They were very knowledgeable and they treat me very well. In a very short time. Thank God today I feel great.

We are new to the area and my husband developed really bad sore throat and had a fever. We were lucky to be so close to Carbon Health urgent care. I was able to book an appointment and he got to see a doctor in less than 5 min in the waiting room on a Sunday!!! Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant and the doctor were very efficient without leaving us feeling rushed. This is a great medical clinic. I would go back if needed and recommend to anyone who would need medical advice.
