I entered with a severe sinus infection.ud83eudd12 I sat in the waiting room for less than 3 minutes before being called into a room.nWithin another 4 minutes, a nurse entered and began care.nIt was unusually empty, but no complaints there at all. What was strange was that I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen by a provider. That really is great timing but when there were no other patients being seen, I found that odd.nNevertheless, when the provider entered the room, she was very nice, patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. She quickly sent my script to the pharmacy and also recommended over the counter support and at-home remedies to quickly help me.nOut of the many urgent care facilities in this area, Orange Urgent Care is the best by far.

The entire staff is amazing! The front desk staff have always been welcoming and kind. The nurses have always been great which speaks volumes. Iu2019ve seen a few doctors there and I donu2019t have a single complaint. Theyu2019ve always treated me with kindness and respect. The doctors actually listen to you and donu2019t just push you out the door as if you were a number. If you are knowledgeable about what works for you as far as treatment they take that into consideration. Iu2019ve been a patient who has just walked in seeking care and Iu2019ve also been a patient who utilizes the website to make an appointment. No matter what I have been seen within a reasonable time. Obviously from this review you can tell Iu2019m a huge fan of this urgent care compared to the other surrounding ones in the area. I don't comment about wait times because going anywhere medical you are going to have to wait. They were very efficient, not the friendliest receptionist, but that's a tough job. The medical assistant was very nice, the do tor was great. She was super friendly and helpful.nOrange Urgent Care is always my preferred urgent center in Middletown.

I reserved an appt time online and uploaded pertinent info they requested. When I got there, I didnu2019t even have to wait, I was called in right away. Maybe I just picked a quiet time to go, but it was a Saturday afternoon. Every one of the staff that I dealt with was friendly, professional and thorough. The medical Dr was personable and caring and explained things so that I could understandu2026I will definitely go here again and recommend this urgent care. Iu2019ve been to many urgent cares in my life, this one ranks in the top picks.

Orange Urgent Care is one of the best in our area! Fast, nice, on point. My wait time was very short, all of the staff were nice and efficient, and I was diagnosed and out in about 30 minutes! Everyone and everything was wonderful. 10/10!nThank you all for being so great on one of my worst days! I really appreciate it!
