My doctor referred me to this company. I did not think about looking up reviews until I was on my way to the company for an appointment. While getting the directions is when I saw how low the ratings were. I was very skeptical, but at this time I was already set up for an appointment for the equipment. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and profnational, the employees were especially, Elizabeth. Elizabeth was a genuine caring person that brought comfort to me during this new journey in my life. She has a warm and welcoming spirit and great patience. I asked Elizabeth how come the ratings were so low when she was so good? She indicated that the company is experiencing hardship with limited employees which affects the overall customer service. I understood what she was saying and I also understand when you do not have enough people customers can't be serviced to their fullest which results in low reviews. I definitely give Midwest 5 stars because of Elizabeth. If you have to come to this company do not be scared. They are working on their staffing, which includes a new employee by the name of Syeeda, who is working hard to be a good professional person as well. Please give Midwest Medical Supply a chance.

My 82 yr old mother had an appointment today with Bradley. He was so kind, patient and caring with a great sense of humor--a real people person! My mother was nervous and somewhat tense when we arrived, but within minutes she and Bradley were talking and laughing like they had known each other for years! Great experience for my mother with exceptional customer service!nI'd like to also acknowledge Jonathan who educated me on the different types of portable oxygen. He too was very kind, caring and professional!nI highly recommend this company for your medical supply needs.
