Found this place based on other reviews that were so positive, so I figured I had to contribute to that! Tracy and Dr. Ward were super nice and efficient! I was in and out super quickly, which was great. They had minimal forms, even for new patients. They automatically started the diagnostic process before I even went back, which contributed to the fast service time. Easily the fastest urgent care trip I've ever had. I would definitely come back!

Let me start by saying all the staff at this place were fantastic. The physician that saw my son after getting injured in soccer was beyond kind and caring as well as very knowledgeable. The wait time was next to none. We were taken back within 5 minutes of signing in. THIS WAS A HUGE PLUS as other places I've been had waits over 2 hours and were not even busy. I can not say enough good things about Orchards Urgent Care. Without hesitation I would be back here if needed.

After reading the reviews I decided to give this Urgent Care a try. I could not hear out of my ear. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was very nice to me. I saw Dr. Andrew Hakim and he was also very nice and professional. He drained my ear and now I can hear again! I would highly recommend this place!

Orchards Urgent care center had no wait time and the front-desk staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. The doctor not only took time on me, but was caring and concerned about my health. I would bring my son here and recommend this place to my family and friends!
