They are in a classic death spiral. Since the acquisition from optum, they have lost a large percentage of doctors and providers, moved patients round like musical chairs and prioritized billing over service. I was charged over $250 for a referral I did not need and have never had to pay for any referral in the past. My annual appt was over $600 for a simple 15min appt with basic blood work with the referral. I know a couple of Doctors from here and they are so drowned in responding to messages and documentation, they can't spend any time with patients. This tells me they are no longer a good provider and its just a matter of time before they decline to a close.

OMG used to be a class medical group but it has turned into an absolute joke in the medical world. Listen to their propaganda and they love talking about how they care about patients. The reality is that all they evidently really care about is maximizing profits and screw the patients. It's absolutely pathetic that you can have pain or illness that doesn't rise to need of an emergency room but if you call to see a doctor they can't get you in for weeks - or even months!!! I realize there is an overall shortage of doctors but perhaps it's time to actually put patients first and do what it takes to get more doctors on staff so that people who NEED a doctor can actually see one.

18 months after knee replacement and I'm still in more pain than I was before Dr. Hudson performed the surgery. The last time I spoke with him about how much this is impacting my life daily life he actually shrugged his shoulder and said all they could do was one more round of PT. If you need a joint replacement, I'd recommend going to Slocum.
