From being admitted to being discharged all the nurses and doctors on the 2nd floor were nice, helpful, and did their jobs with excellent professionalism. They made my stay very comfortable and didnu2019t have any problems. They were very thorough throughout the whole time. I have nothing but compliments for the whole staff that took care of me while I was there.

Be Careful, Health Central has not changed.nnThe shift turned over and I am currently with Nurse Lisa and the 5th floor. Iu2019m in massive pain and I was threaten by her that if I do not get up and walk I will not be given my pain medication. So despite my pain I got up and walked. I came back to my room and waited in pain for over 2 hours but nurse Lisa never came back. So I had my sister go ask them for my pain medication because now my pain level is at a 9 and she told me she will not give me. I asked to speak with the the nurse lead Sierra over 45 minutes ago and she has yet to come into my room. Iu2019m sitting here in massive pain burning up from inside out with no help.nBe Careful Health Central is still a horrible place.nnMy doctor recommended that I go to the ER immediately. I contemplated on Health Central or Advent Health but since my house is closer to Health Central, I ended up there. Admission was kind & professional. ER nurse Christian along with the ER PA & the ER doctor was AMAZING! Christian was so empathetic, professional and helpful. I was admitted for surgery the next day. On to the 5th floor nurse Emily and nurse Akai were compassionate and trustworthy.

The service, care, and professional attention was excellent. From the beginning of the visit in the ER, all the test were done in a very timely manner. The results and treatments were very timely.
