I had an excellent experience at Oro Valley Hospital during my two-night stay for recovery after surgery. The staff was incredibly compassionate and professional from the moment I arrived, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Dr. Durham, my attending physician, was absolutely fantasticu2014his expertise, clear communication, and genuine care put me at ease and gave me confidence in my treatment plan. The nursing team was attentive, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. The facility was clean, modern, and calming, greatly aiding my recovery. OV Hospital's ER and CV ICU in all aspects to include the facilities, cleanliness, food pro and delivery, doctors, nurses, and admin earned a 5 star rating from my perspective. The attention from all was abundant, communications were clear, my comfort was their priority, and confidence was displayed by all. It was refreshing speaking with the staff in a warm and equal level rather than being treated as just another visitor. Some nurses names come to mind deserving a shout out. Kayleigh, Sharif, Corey, Martha, and Amanda. There were others whose names I did not get.

Staff were friendly and professional. My appointment was completed on time. I always request this office for my mammogram due to the efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the exam rooms. My appointment was late morning and received my results via email mid afternoon, very impressive.

Went into the outpatient area for 2 back-to-back operations and felt very cared for. Shannon the intake nurse was so nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Cory the doctoru2019s nurse from taking me back to the completion of the surgery was thorough and kind. Andy the surgical nurse was funny, kind and attentive (And she said I would not remember her). Christine (the one name I may not remember) was so kind and patient - I had a hard time waking but she was attentive, gentle and helpful in the process. Dr Innes and Dr Chen did a wonderful job with the operation. My recovery is going smooth with minimal pain/soreness. Both doctoru2019s explained thoroughly the operation and expectations of recovery. Thankful for an overall knowledgeable and kind team!

My experience at Oro Valley Hospital was a positive one. I was checked in quickly and prepped for my surgery with a friendly nurse who completed her task professionally. There was little lag time, and I was taken back for surgery in a reasonable amount of time. Everything went well, as expected. The surgery nurses completed the preparation for my surgery and they had a good bedside manner, which helped me relax. The surgery went well and I was able to leave after an hour. My procedure at the Oro Valley Hospital went without any problems and I will use them again in the future. I was very pleased!
