This was my first time visiting the facility and surprised at the service I received. I was 15 minutes late and was still greeted with a smile and seen. Front the front desk, to the X-ray tech, and NP, the service was great. NP Natalia Castro bedside manner was awesome. The treatment plan was explained throughly. I got a cortisone injection and was very nervous due to past experiences with a previous doctor. While it stung a little, she made me comfortable and it was very quick. Thank you everyone for a great visit.

Could not recommend them enough! I visited them with a pretty bad sprain after going to some other urgent care place. They were so helpful and thorough. It was super easy getting appointments. The first urgent care place just said I was fine but thank god I went to OIC because they put me in a boot that was so so helpful. It's rare to find good medical care nowadays so I will defiantly be telling all my friends to keep y'all in mind if they ever need orthopedic care.

I saw the PA and she was kind and thorough. I felt heard and she did a great exam and asked lots of questions. I went in for possible knee issues and found out it may be my back which makes a lot of sense now. I appreciate how efficient this place was from the front desk, to the MA to the xray tech to the PA. Everyone was lovely. I will tell everyone I know about this place if they ever had an urgent ortho issue.
