Waiting room is nice, good view of lake Otis traffic vs 'pedestrians' as well. Covered parking area. visited after hitting the bottom of a pool and messing my foot up pretty bad. For my follow up, I was running late, I call|d the office and instead of receptionist sounding annoyed I interrupted her texting with her bestie or commenting on janices trip to Cancun photos telling me that I would have to reschedule (which would mess up my insurance)she said it's fine and see me when I get there.They wanted to take another set of X-rays to get a better look (most would just go by original x-ray) and couldn't determine if it's a sprain or broken ligament, so referred me to another specialist who looks at nothing but feet all day for 2nd opinion instead of just going with what they think because they can't actually see it on the x-ray.These guys are awesome. If your ever unfortunate enough to need to visit these guys, it's all good
