Very grateful for Dr. Thompson whou2019s not only an excellent doctor but amazing human being and her team Claudia and Martha who are just the sweetest, I can tell they really care about the kids. My son couldnu2019t walk when he first came in to the hospital and with treatment he now walks, jumps, play like any other kid his age. Very thankful to this hospital, staff members and the 3 ladies I mentioned above

Dr Silva and his team are amazing! Always welcoming! Very accommodating and they make you feel very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better dr for my son. Highly recommend!

They are the WORST, I have been trying to get my daughter her survey for the about a 2 WHOLE MONTH. Can never get a LIVE PERSON to answer and when I do get a LIVE PERSON they seem to say they canu2019t help me and they need to transfer me. As they do transfer me I get a VOICEMAIL and left LOTS OF VOICE MAILS for a certain person that I guess is the ONLY one that handles my daughter surgeon schedule she is NEVER at her desk or does NOT return messages. This place was recommend and high HIGH STARS AND REVIEWS but I guess in my case it was just WRONG timing ud83eudd28ud83eudd28. I guess it REALLY does matter what INSURANCE you have to get better service which is very sad. I hope when we FINALLY do see the DR and GET the procedure done that we will see how that goes.

I will give a 5 star because the people here are awesome. Except one of the X-ray tech that tried to take my daughter pictures. My daughter has autism & other disabilities so she doesn't like anything being done to her even if it's just taking her temperature. So anyways my daughter was being non-compliant and pulling away & this lady was pulling my daughter by the arm that was fractured. I kept going towards her to let her go but she kept grabbing my child. There were other techs walking in because my daughter was screaming in pain. So when we saw the doctor I told the doctor I don't like the way that lady was pulling my daughter arm. She said I will have a talk with her!. Other than that we had a great experience. I just think that if people don't have patience for kids especially ones with disabilities they shouldn't be in that job.

weu2019ve been to this place twice, the two previous times the service was OK. Today we brought our daughter in with a possible muscle tear. The male nurse practitioner refused to do an ultrasound. We know that they have a handheld ultrasound machine because it was used on my daughteru2019s ankle in our previous visit there.nThe male nurse practitioner, then shoved his thumb into the painful area of my daughteru2018s leg, and now five hours later my daughter reports that the pain is worse.nThey also prescribed an x-ray, which is ridiculous because itu2019s obviously a soft tissue injury.nMaybe theyu2019re just trying to get money from the insurance company.nnever going back there.
