I had a great experience at OS1! After months of waiting to get into another place, I called OS1 with a foot injury and was able to get treated the very same day. I went during my lunch break and was able to get an x-ray and diagnosis right away. The clinic was spacious, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I couldnu2019t recommend this place more highly u2013 excellent service all around!

Every single person we interacted with from Natalie at the front desk to the trainer to the doctor were amazing. Everyone was thorough in their evaluations and took time with my daughter. The doctor made a plan for her and Will even be doing the follow up. The trainer came back in to make sure that we had everything before we left. We will definitely be back if needed and will refer our dance studio here!

Weu2019ve had such a good experience here. We were able to get in as a walk-in appointment very quickly. Everyone up front was so polite and helpful. The nurses went out of their way to help my son make sure he was comfortable and cared for. Would highly recommend.

On 12/24/24 my son was treated at an urgent care for a dislocated elbow. The doctor referred us to this location, stating they accept Medicaid.Came in on 12/26/2024 and was asked to pay out of pocket since the urgent care didnu2019t send a referral. Was told I would receive my money back which was $400.00 once they got the referral from the urgent care. They said I would only have 5 days to get that referral in.They informed me that they would contact the urgent care to obtain the referral and advised me to reach out MYSELF as well. I called the urgent care and they mentioned that they have sent other patients with Medicaid here before and that they have never asked for a referral. The urgent care told me that I need to get this referral from my childu2019s physician, NOT from them. Both locations went back and forth without progress and it was already the FIFTH day. On December 31st, I contacted my child's physician directly, who agreed to send the referral. I informed OS1, and they promised to notify me once it was received. (by the way the refused to contact the physician themselves so I had to do it once again, MYSELF)On January 6: Several days went by and it was way past the FIFTH day time period I was given in order to be reimbursed. I left a voicemail in the morning. At 1:24 PM that same day , I was informed that the referral was received and an appointment was set for 5:00 PM that same day. They even sent a message confirming the appointment along with patient information to fill out. Later around 3:00pm, I received another call stating the referral did not go through, and the appointment was canceled. I told the lady on the other end of the phone call someone had already called me earlier stating they did receive a referral. When I mentioned the message confirming the appointment and patient information form, she said that was not true and spoke to me with an attitude as well. It's not like I went into the system and made my own appointment. Since December 26 my child has yet to have a checkup on his elbow which they concluded was not dislocated but fractured. Also I found it weird that between the urgent care and my physician they both informed me that they keep sending OS1 referrals but they were not receiving them.I understand they may have been annoyed with me constantly calling and checking to see if they got the referral, but it felt like they weren't on top of it. I had to call my physician, call the urgent care, and go back and forth every day with phone call after phone call about this referral. If I'm on top of it, it's because I don't want more days to pass and then have them tell me, Oh well, the five-day period is over, so we can't reimburse your money. The reason I continued to contact them was because I was the one getting in touch with the urgent care and my physician, and relaying the information back to them, since they weren't doing it themselves. Throughout the several phone calls, the staff could be heard huffing and puffing, clearly having an attitude and being sarcastically nice.(Mr. Brian is amazing! I will say thank you to him for helping my son that day. Thank you!)
