I've been going here with all my children, they are friendly and kind. They are totally understanding. My kids needed a quick checkup someday, and they made it happen, and they donu2019t harsh you about vaccines. We have a religious exception, and that is all we need. I have even talked to the doctor about what other doctors suggested, and they are relaxed and truthful about their experiences. Good loving people here.

Iu2019ve been a mother in Dr Khans practice for about a year now! His patient care and the way he makes sure he not only communicates with my children but also myself during the whole visit is top notch h bed side manner!!!! He has talked to me every step of the way through a diagnosis with my youngest. Always helpful with referrals and listening most of all!!! Some days wait time is long but itu2019s on the days where we all have sick kids and they find a way to put u in the schedule. The staff is always helpful and professional! I highly recommend 10/10 I know my kids are in great hands with Dr Khans practice and his staff

I have been bringing my children to this amazing clinic for 12 years, and I can confidently say that itu2019s the best decision I ever made for their healthcare. The staff hereu2014Yvette, Kimberly, and Aleyu2014are absolutely phenomenal. They are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel like youu2019re in great hands.nnYvette is always so organized and ensures everything runs smoothly, making scheduling and visits stress-free. Kimberly has such a calming presence and always puts my kids at ease, even during the trickiest moments. Aley is cheerful and patient, and her rapport with both parents and children is unmatched.nAnd then thereu2019s Dr. Khanu2014an outstanding pediatrician who truly cares about his patients. Over the years, he has taken the time to get to know my kids personally and has provided thoughtful, thorough care at every stage of their growth. His medical expertise is top-notch, and he always listens to any concerns I have, no matter how big or small.

Turned away my 2 sick young children for a pretty HORRIBLE reason. Staff is very rude and disrespectful, and clearly judgmental of peopleu2019s situations. Look at you like youu2019re nuts and they NEVER answer the phone. Extremely incompetent and no compassion for children. When you ask why they donu2019t answer phones, they say u201cweu2019re in lunch from 1-2pmu201d what about before and after those times? Why does your number go to voicemail?I even left messages with no response back. Took my kids to a great local urgent care and got treated immediately, and with kindness and respect thatu2019s deserved. ESPECIALLY to children. Iu2019m disgusted in how they treat patients and their patients guardians. Absolutely never again. I went in twice and will never return. Found a wonderful pediatrician named EMILY WOLFE in Apopka. There is no one better than her!!!! It is WAY worth the drive to be treated properly and have a doctor who actually cares and listens to concerns. I canu2019t speak for Dr khan, but based off of his staff, I wouldnu2019t trust him.

Maybe not everyone's same experience but been going here since my son's been born. He's now a year old and I have no complaints. All staff is so good with him. They know him by name as soon as they see him. They all treat us well and respectful. When my son was 2 months old he was sick with fever. I called they saw him right away that same day. Gave him a flu test and prescribed meds that would help him same day.
