I am currently a patient and had surgery last night so I wanted to write this while it is fresh in my mind. First of all Dr. Hines is an awesome surgeon and a very approachable and caring person as well as the other providers on the team. They made me feel like a person and not just another case. From the time I walked in here until now, this has been one of the best surgical and inpatient experiences I have ever had. The facility is spotless in all areas. The registration process is simple and not time consuming. The education they provide is excellent so there are no surprises. The bed is actually comfortable, the rooms are clean and nicely stocked. The food was great and you can order for most of the hours in a day. The food delivery was prompt and food still hot. I canu2019t say enough good things about all of the nurses and techs who provided care and I hope this review is passed on to them. I would definitely come back again and recommend this hospital for anyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

I had a complete hip replacement and wow, can I say the greatest experience I have ever had. I am so impressed by OSS Ortho hospital's smooth process. Everything was super easy from check-in to check-out. It is abundantly clear that they know what they are doing. The facility is clean and bright. The food is delicious and you are able to order anytime you want 7-7. They make sure you have all of the supplies you need from socks to ice packs you can take home. Every step of the process was explained to me. Everyone was kind and patient but I want to specifically call attention to the nurses I had when I arrived at my room after surgery. Jen and Cathy are the dynamic duo. They were my superheroes. They made sure I was taken care of in every way. I wanted for nothing. Also, Kathy my physical therapist went above and beyond. She was so gentle and patient with me the next morning showing me the exercises, how to get in and out of the car, and going up and down stairs. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience I had at OSS.

Dr. Kelley preformed the Ten-X procedure on my right elbow to repair two torn tendons. OSS was always very easy to work with and Dr. Kelley was very thorough explaining the process before and during the procedure. OSS even called the next day to see how I was doing. It was a great experience!

I have had a knee replacement several years ago. I was extremely apprehensive about replacing the other knee, first experience was horrible. I made the switch to OSS and do not regret it at all.nWhat an outstanding experience from start to finish at OSS. Starting at day of surgery to the next day when discharged. Everyone was awesome! I must say that the experience with OSS is like no other. Dr Amit Patel performed lumbar surgery on me in February, Dr Patel and his team were amazing and couldnu2019t have been more professional and thorough and caring! The surgery went exceptionally well, and barely needed anything for pain if at all. I went 8 years with pain that Dr Patel fixed within a few hours , heu2019s a phenomenal surgeon and I will only see Dr Amit Patel going forward, Iu2019m back to work and feel better than I have in years!
