What a fantastic experience! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The wait was minimal, and we went during the weekend hours for urgent care. The waiting area is lovely and the exam rooms are thoroughly clean. The first thing my husband and I notice was how freshly cleaned the exam room smelled upon entering. Cynthia was the nurse practitioner taking care of our daughter today, we were so impressed by her care and manner we've decided to switch pediatrics and start coming here, now that we found out they also offer primary care. Overall 10/10 we highly recommend everyone bring your little lovebugs here! Incredibly glad we did!

We love NP Amanda! We came in for an urgent care visit for a severe rash on my 18 month old. Amanda gave us a prescription and treatment plan and had us return for a follow up to make sure my baby was progressing. When we returned, you could tell she was genuinely concerned and had been thinking about us and consulting with other doctors.nnMy only complaint about this office is that the waiting room is set up like a play room- which my toddler loved- but I kind of felt like it was a poor setup that led to a chaotic bunch of sick kids running around and playing with each other ud83dude05 (I like the books and train table, but the hopscotch tiles were a little wild in my opinion.nnOverall it is great to have a pediatric urgent care where they understand children and their little bodies!

Iu2019m not one to usually review, but I found myself wanting to put my experience out there. This clinic was recommended by a family member and was told that they were great. However I should have done my homework and read reviews before coming here. I under stand wait times Iu2019m not one to be impatient. But what frustrated me is the lack of communication from the staff and provider. I have called twice to see why my sonu2019s medication was not sent to the pharmacy. I understand again that they get busy, but what I cannot fathom is that I am told by the provider that she forgot to place the order to the pharmacy. I have called the staff twice, twice I was told that I would get a call back. I got tired of waiting and took my son elsewhere, he got treated immediately and was given his meds. I am very furious that it played out this way. And for her to ask me if my son was okay after her forgetting to send over said medications now you are concerned. A waste of time here. Please do your research before waiting hours to only be seen for 5 minutes and being dismissed. And for the lack of communication from front desk staff and the staff in the back.

This was our second time visiting Over the Rainbow and we had great experiences with the medical staff both times. We went in at 4pm which seemed to be the most busy time, so the wait was to be expected.nnThe staff here are so kind and compassionate, I think I might switch over my kidu2019s primary care as well.

Brought my daughter in right before closing time (6:30pm) Marcucesia and Madison were very professional and helpful! New patient process was also swift and efficient. Liz and Alexis the medical assistant were kind and did very well in my daughteru2019s symptom assessment. The provider Melanie was very compassionate and really took the time even though we were the last patients of the night. We appreciated her knowledge and kindness!
