This was my first visit and it was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted quickly and warmly . We had to bring our 21/2 grandson and he too was welcomed . Kathleen was professional and really friendly. Dr Kasprick was super knowledgeable and very kind. Melissa helped me pick out my glasses with ease, she knew just what I wanted. The whole experience was great! They even put on cartoons for our grandson . Thank you to all of this great team. Highly recommend !!!

My vision really changed in the last 6 months and I was told my cataracts got worse and needed to come out. I really wanted a good doctor and one close to me. I went to our local chat room and felt very confident going to Northern Lakes after so many great recommendations. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kasprick explained everything with no pressure and took his time answering my questions. I was given a folder on my first visit that is great, it explains everything and answers most questions people have. The surgery center was easy to get to, clean, and everyone there was very friendly and explained what they were doing in a calming manner.Dr. Kasprick did a fabulous job and I highly recommend him and Northern Lakes.
