Felicia was the best! So helpful and kind. They got me back within 5-10 minutes of being there. Dr. Crabtree gave me reassurance and sent me on my way. Hopefully it wonu2019t be necessary, but I will definitely be visiting this location if needed in the future!

I visited Mercy-Go Health in Fort Smith on February 5, 2025, for a sprained ankle, and my experience was excellent. The online scheduling was incredibly convenient, and I was promptly taken in at my appointment time. The staff explained everything clearly, and the nurse practitioner was not only highly skilled but also had a wonderful bedside manner. Overall, a fantastic experience! Great job, team!

The reception was great. I wasn't very impressed with the dr or the nurse. I told the dr that I had been coughing so hard that I nearly pass out. His response was to joke about it and brush it off as if it didn't mean anything serious and kind of made a joke about it. I realize it's just urgent care but I prefer to be taken seriously when my insurance pays for me to go to the Dr.

Went on a Sunday because my PCP was closed. Symptoms were a sore throat with puss pockets, swollen lymph nodes, extreme pressure in sinuses. Instead of prescribing antibiotics, the NP Jessica prescribed steroids to mask my symptoms. Even after I specifically asked for antibiotics because I know my body. She also prescribed me multiple cough meds, even though I told her I didnt have a cough.. Visited my PCP next day and had an obvious infection that required antibiotics. Within 8 hours of taking the first dose of antibiotics I was feeling better. It was a waste of time and money visiting this business, and something I won't do again or recommend anyone else to do.
