I was passing through Batesville and decided I needed to stop at a walk-in clinic. I found sherwood urgent care online and was able to make an appointment online in 15 minutes. I stopped there and was seen quickly. The staff was very efficient, u00a0friendly, and I was out of there in no time even though I had x-rays taken. I highly recommend Sherwood urgent care.

Previously left a 1 star review due to the billing department, they are gawd awful & need serious attention. How ever, the actual visit to sherwood urgent care was great. The team came up with a solution to get me in that day. Other wise I would have had to drive hours the following day for the same care somewhere else. They were polite, & explained what they needed from my company for assistance in getting me in & taken care of. There wasn't a long wait time & got me in quickly after obtaining what I needed for the visit. Keep up the good work guys ud83dudc4f

I needed an appointment and had to switch my PCP for insurance purposes. They had it taken care of the same day! Went in for the first time and the staff was wonderful, check-in was easy peasy, and the NP on staff was amazing. Had my issues taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful, quality care, excellent staff. I definitely recommend Sherwood Urgent Care!

But I got an overdraft in my mail Friday and they had taken out to over $200 out of my account so I called the billing department. Had extreme difficulty reaching anyone. but finally got in touch with a person in billing and I asked them why they took $200 out of my account. I wasnu2019t notified and I did not owe this and basically it was because they didnu2019t have the right information did not have my address did not have my email which I donu2019t have but they claimed they had all of that including my Medicare card number and my Blue Cross Blue Shield number which they did not I had to give it to them. I am extremely upset about this. They had no right to do what they did. This goes back to February of this year where they filed and never had the right information so they never got paid so they just took it out of my account and they had no authorization to do that. I am not happy about this. They claimed that I had signed a form which I have not. I said if my signature is on any form, it was forged. No way to do business I was in business 40 years. Someone owed me money I contacted them with by calling them. Theyu2019re billing department as a joke. I can barely speak English and they lied to me Friday over and over again, and my wife was listening. Iu2019ve always had a good experience here, but you donu2019t do unauthorized things with peopleu2019s money.
