The website around appointments is purposefully misleading. Please know there are no appointments and save your spot in line actually means fill your paperwork in online ahead of time but your spot in line actually only starts when you arrive and you'll be behind any other walk-ins or save your spot in line people.Very frustrating when there's a waiting room full of sick kids. Id recommend calling ahead of time to see how busy they are before showing up and don't bother with saving your spot in line as it doesn't actually do anything.

I booked an appointment for my child for an ear infection. When we arrived the place was full of coughing sick kids. The receptionist told me that they don't actually make appointments and it was going to be at least an hours wait. I referred her to the website where you clearly make appointments, noting it was still showing you can make an appointment in 10 mins, she said thats not real and she has never looked at the website ud83eudd37u200du2640ufe0fud83eudd26u200du2640ufe0f if you know youre running an hour late, how about you give people a quick call and say come in an hour and stop taking any new apts for an hour. Its not rocket science, just common sense. After being told to wait in the car we drove to Urgent Care who saw us straight away without an apt. Brave Care was a complete waste of time and obv have no regard for patients parents who make appointments in their lunch breaks.

Dr Baldwin was amazing. My daughter was in a lot of pain and she recognized her issues and addressed them with compassion and kindness. I would definitely recommend her. The facility is wonderful too. Very friendly atmosphere and the wait wasnu2019t long at all! I definitely recommend Brave Care.

Our caregiver at Brave Care, Christine, is so so good and we love her, yet the office seems to be setting her up for failure by not scheduling other doctors simultaneously - we waited over and hour and 20 minutes for a five minute visit AFTER being checked into our room. Though the great value of Brave Care is an expedient scheduling process and really excellent care, this only succeeds if patients are also seen in a similarly expedient manner. The staff wasn't very helpful in updating us through the extended stay and we had to really push them for answers or estimates on our wait time. There needs to either be a system where if a longer wait is expected then maybe wait to check folks into their little rooms, or plan on having multiple doctors there at a time. Again Christine, our provider, is the absolute best and frankly deserves much more support from Brave Care - the facilities otherwise are fantastic, clean, and just generally a great alternative to other urgent care providers.
