I canu2019t THANK ENOUGH the team at AFC Urgent Care Southcenter at Kent, WA u2013 especially Operational Director Patti u2013 for their incredible support with my immigration medical exam. With only 14 days left before my application submission deadline and no local availability, I was under huge stress trying to find an immediate medical appointment outside of my State.nnPatti went above and beyond, working outside of her hours, coordinating blood work near my hometown so I didnu2019t have to fly to Seattle twice, and responding to my emails promptly, even during a long holiday weekend. I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible support she gave me. The way she prioritized my needs and made sure I was cared for so quickly truly meant a lot. Itu2019s not every day that someone in her position shows such hands-on compassion and responsiveness. I felt seen, heard, and supported, and that made all the difference to me.nnFrom start to finish (including a 3-day long weekend!), my entire process only took 7 days. Pattiu2019s responsiveness and professionalism turned my stressful situation into a much more manageable one. Also the staffs and doctor there were equally efficient, respectful, and detail-oriented. I recently visited AFC Urgent Care in South Center, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient, which is a huge plus when you're not feeling your best. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel at ease right away.nnWhat really stood out to me was the level of care I received. The medical team went above and beyond, addressing my concerns and providing thorough treatment that far exceeded what Iu2019ve experienced at my regular doctoru2019s office and even the hospital. They took the time to listen and ensure I understood everything about my diagnosis and treatment plan, including X-ray of my foot,a referrals to a specialist and physical therapy.nnThe facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I had to go to this clinic to use one of their services for my employer and the front desk gal and the tech who collected my specimen were so kind, considerate and incredibly helpful when there was a mixup with the lab orders that were input and worked with me step by step to get it resolved so that I didn't have to drive all the way from my hometown that is far away again. Great staff!!!

4pm Dot physical apt. There was only 1 other person in there. It took an hour and a half total. A little long but the staff made up for it! All of them worked quick but explained they had a huge rush before i got there and had to catch up. Best physical place ive gone to. They were all friendly. I was on a 3 month card because a previous dr at minute clinic didn't understand one of my medications. I came here worried about the same thing but Jackson the PA laughed and said it's a common med and everything looked great and got my 1 year card.

Went for CDL physical. The staff understand their role and help keep things calm and flowing so the blood pressure readings aren't in peril. The nurse was fabulous, Jackson (Phys Assistant) was thorough, professional and friendly. The whole thing was a breeze.nnHighly recommend!
