This place likes to play God by holding back on refilling DEPRESSION MEDS and playing with peoples mental health. The female receptionist gave me a call to follow up on my labs the Friday before Motheru2019s Day. I said fine but that Iu2019d be able to go in the week after. I then asked about refilling my NON NARCOTIC meds FOR DEPRESSION, she then arrogantly said that they would not be filled until I went in which is weird because not EVER gave I experienced having my meds out on hold after having done my damn labs! I told her how bad the absence of that medication in my system was, she then puts me on u201choldu201d but I could hear the rustling over the phone as if she were just bull shitting. Tells me we can give you enough for two weeks but you still have to come in. I said that was fine. It is now the Wednesday after Motheru2019s Day weekend and still no refill!! The withdrawals of LEXAPRO are horrible! Due to having gotten sick on Motheru2019s Day, I havenu2019t been able to go in to follow up on the requisite for my meds. Holding peoples MENTAL HEALTH meds like this should be criminal !!!!! I hope their Karma is super sweet ! This is by far THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! They like to play God with peoples lives !!!

Horrible I called before bringing my daughter in I was told by the front desk that I just needed to bring her in before 2:00 p.m. when we arrived it was 1:40 for me to get to the counter and them to tell me that nobody is being seen and that the provider is leaving for the day even though their hours say 3:00 p.m. front desk gentleman that said that he was a manager and active manager because the higher up person wasn't there I was very unprofessional couldn't give me any information and just very nonchalant I will never ever come to this place and will never recommend anybody to come to this place at all

Went here with my 5 year old crying from a ear ache, dr said he was fine and gave him cough medicine that was out of stock, later on that evening he had a temp of 105 so I took him to ER and his eardrum ruptured. Donu2019t go here.

Went here onceu2026long wait, weird and small waiting area. Itu2019s right in between two other urgent care places which are far superior, which I donu2019t really understand. It seems like the place where you go if you canu2019t get into anything else around the area, but with their hours you can drive a half mile either way and be somewhere better. Just my two cents.
