Other than the first doctor I was seen by everyone else was outstanding. The problem with the first doctor, he asked me to show him not tell but show him how I fell. Obviously he didn't ask about my history at all. And by the way of our technology I happen to have all my history.nWell my next 2 visits were fine was given other docs.n1 thing I'd fix is the cleanliness of the facility.nHoles n walls n paint needed. Things plugged in were the cords are exposed for a hazard.nThings like that. This facility should be tip top.

Had to report for work related OSHA stuff. Staff courteous and helpful. No appointment needed but if you hit a rush, expect a slight delay for the check in procedures. Staff very professional, they use Quest labs and if you want to see the results then you will be directed to a secondary website. Otherwise no complaints.

The techician that did my blood work seemed to be intimidated by me not sure if it was because of my race. Am a nurse and know my body pretty well, showed him where a good vein was and suggested he use a butterfly because my veins are narrow he told me upfront he doesnu2019t use butterfly and hates them. Goes to the vein misses it and tries digging finally I told him that is enough because for sure he had missed it.nWent for the other arm a little bit too deep had to pull out thank God was successful but my arm hurt for almost 24hr later.nHe seemed to be upset that I declined to the flu vaccine which he had already prepared but I donu2019t need 2 in less than 3 mths.nHe needs to respect the person he has in front of him. I felt he had an attitude of because of ur race and a female u need to listen to what I have to say and do as I say. Not sure I will come back to this branch will drive further.nEveryone else was attentive

Great experience! In & out quickly even though they were busy. Super clean environment. The staff was very professional and friendly. Robert did an amazing job assisting me with having all of my orders completed correctly. Thank you all for being awesome!
