I am a new patient at the Pacoima Medical Urgent Care, and currently being treated by Jacqueline. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough with everything she does. She gives me the confidence that I'm in good hands, unlike any other provider I have seen and been treated by. Also, she is always with a positive mindset and we need more providers like her. Hopefully, she is getting paid well and if not she needs a raise!

I visited this urgent care when I was feeling extremely sick and dizzy whenever I stood up. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and genuinely cared about their patients. Dr. Bernadino was so kind and sweet, and everyone was really friendly. Thanks to him, I'm feeling better now, and I won't worry as much next time I feel unwellu2014I'll definitely come here first!nnThe place wasn't crowded, which was a relief, and while I hate to keep it a secret, I highly recommend this urgent care. The office is clean, and the walk-in service is great. They close at 10 PM. Huge thanks to all the staff!
