Dr. Sarah Bryan is amazing! Her presence put me instantly at ease, even in the midst of my pain. During the appointment, I felt seen, heard and understood. Even the front desk secretary was incredibly helpful with the check in process and wore a smile. The parking lot is sizable and the building entrance is easily accessible from it. The clinic itself is impeccably clean and spacious, with a calming color aesthetic sprinkled throughout. If my family ever has another urgent need, this is the place Iu2019d choose to visit 100% percent. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bryan and the staff were awesome! I was in town for my Dads 90th birthday and was feeling very sick. I was able to make an appointment and was seen promptly. I was quickly diagnosed and got a prescription and given meds to help me feel better. The caring staff understood how important this day was for me and they helped to make it possible for me to enjoy the day. If I could give more than five stars I would!

My best Urgent care experience yet! Online registration was easy so when I got to the facility I simply paid my co-pay at the front desk and grabbed a seat. No additional paperwork. Waiting area was nice, clean with bench style and single seats. Coffee, water etc available too. Wait time was about 3 minutes on a Sunday late morning. Within 5 minutes they had taken my vitals and I was speaking to the doctor. Not long after, they had me getting X-Rays which other Urgent care facilities I called werenu2019t doing on Sunday or had limited hours. Doctor and radiology reviewed my scans. Prescription sent to pharmacy and after follow up by the doctor I was on my way.

Due to an unusual cough and two days of a low grade fever I went in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. The entire experience was efficient and the staff were professional and kind. This is our second visit. It was recommended by our family clinic, and our experience has been excellent. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I used the Mission Act and was referred to OnPoint Urgent Care. Any time I use the Mission Act, I get a little anxious because I've had billing nightmares in the past. But I feel confident that I can trust this provider for veteran care. They even had a how-to guide for their staff. Up-to-date technology. Short wait time. Sharp, friendly admin and doctor.
