I had the unfortunate experience at another urgent care near by that had left my son and me waiting over 2.5 hours to be seen. After realizing that my son was feeling worst and I wasnu2019t going to be helped, I called Trucare and Ms. Christina heard my son coughing and how upset he was and told me to bring him in immediately. The moment I walked in it took them 3 mins to get us into the room and checked out. Iu2019m so grateful to her and the staff. Little one is on the road to feeling better.

I recently visited palm bay Urgent Care for ear cleaning and had a great experience! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel at ease. The doctor did an excellent job with the procedure, and I appreciated their professionalism. The facility was clean and well-organized. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone .This is the first time i visiting this tru urgent care in USA overall best experience.

Worst place ever!! First they get my name wrong and spell it as a female just like I went through with Circles of Care for caring about my patients and asking questions when the staff did thing's wrong when I was employed there especially the nurses. They end up fixing my information in the system which was very unprofessional and shouldnt of got it wrong to begin with..MY ID tells you how to spell my name when I handed it to you for registration purposes first off and than they get my test wrong for alcohol when it was only a 1200-5 panel narcotics test. So I look up who took care of my Urine sample to find out its nurse Jennifer that worked at circles of care. I asked them specifically if anyone from Circles of care works there or has history of employment with them and she immediately said no for all the staff as if she knew all there work history.. I ask to speak to a manager and than they said she was gone for 2 weeks after I tried to bring it up to someone of hire authority for a 1200-5 panel only. They came up with alcohol doesn't make any sense get your business in order seems very strange. Than they try to say nothing they can do about it.. Oh believe me there is something you could've and should've done... Not everyone is oblivious to whats going on in your office..
