My child had to come here for a minor infection that was extremely painful. They called me from school and said I want to got to the dr., itu2019s bothering me that bad. They requested that we come specifically to this urgent care because last time they had the same issue, they took such good care of them. The previous visit that my child was referencing was from three years ago! However we have come here for other issues, with my other kids and the staff is amazing! They are clean, polite, knowledgeable and get you taken care of quickly. All of the staff communicate and laugh with the kids and help to ease myself by answering all of my questions. I would recommend them time and time again!

Worst experience ever. I was specifically told the visit would be 162.00 on the phone and upon arrival by both front desk women. My daughter went back in room where a woman took her blood pressure and told us her blood pressure was low and to go to ER. That was it, when I go to pay bill up front the woman said it was 162.00 and handed me a bill that said 253.00. I asked how come this is a 100 dollars more, she said verbatim: because she is so sick the doctor charged extra I asked what? She repeated herself then I asked if the blood pressure test was a 100 dollars and she said no it was 3 dollars. They totally overcharged with no reason. I will be disputing. Warning don't go there. Just a money grab. Also non compassionate at all.

RN Phyllis and NP Kelce as well as the receptionist (whose name I didnu2019t catch) were phenomenal. We were in from out of town and a little concerned to not know the area to choose a place for care, but they listened intently, were so kind to my little guy and got him in and out with great care in less than an hour. Highly recommend for getting your kiddos checked out.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at an urgent care when I brought my son in for his broken arm. He was treated by Kelsey Langford and the x-ray tech was Amy. They were so unbelievably kind and attentive. I wish I had everyoneu2019s names because the front desk rep was fabulous as well. Seriously 5 star experience, to make the unfortunate visit for a broken arm, the best it could be. Thank you so much ud83dude4fud83cudffb
