Great visit! I was in and out in a matter of no time. Very organized and clean office. Dr. Salerno was amazing and family oriented. Sheu2019s truly dedicated to her patients. She followed up with me via phone call the SAME DAY. Staff is friendly and efficient. Lab techs were great and check in and check out was smooth. As a C.O.O of a medical practice, itu2019s a refreshing feeling to receive that type of care outside of my job!

Called in when we were on the way to the appointment to check if we have to go in to the office to check in or if we can check in from the car and wait in the car as well. I was told that we can wait in the car donu2019t go in the office to check in and we will be called via phone once itu2019s out turn. An hour later I called in to check how much long it will take for our turn. They said they didnu2019t know we were waiting in the car and that we had to reschedule since we didnu2019t show up to the appointment. Now it was 1 1/2 hours after the appointment. I was very upset to say the least. I went into the office to speak to someone and they said they see the note on the patient chart but donu2019t look at it until they have to and thatu2019s not how they do things. I was offered a next day appointment with a doctor but of course not the one I waited a week for to see. The only reason I take my children here is Dr Kiang because sheu2019s a great doctor but the staff is not personable at all and no one acts as they cared about their patients at all. Oh and then on top of everything else they told me at the front desk that they had to move my appointment back 15 minutes since the doctor wasnu2019t there yet. Yet nobody called me to let me know the appointment was even changed to a different time. Yes it was only 15 minutes but at least have some curtesy to let your patient know. If this would have been done they would have know that we were waiting in the parking lot all along. Thanks to their miscommunication I had to return in the morning and see a doctor that we didnu2019t know and as impersonal as can be.

Excellent Service providers. Everyone there is pleasant from intake to the checkout. Lab personnel were friendly and moved with precision. Dr Kiang has excellent bed side manners, she is attentive to her patients and she takes her time to review and provide input. You're treated with care and not like the next number on the list. Highly recommended Pediatric Associates Pembroke Pines office.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience when going in for my sons newborn checkup, the whole interaction with the doctor felt very impersonal, rushed, and sort of robotic as if there was a script that had to be followed with no intention of listening to what I had to say. Also, their whole system needs updating in every way not just patient interaction but also their machines, itu2019s all very outdated. My son was improperly weighed which raised a concern that did not exist. After leaving the appointment I changed pediatricians immediately and my sons new doctor said he was in perfect health. As you can imagine as a new mom having this horrible experience at pediatric associates would make me very upset and so I wanted to write this review so that other moms donu2019t have to unnecessarily be worried. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES, FIND A SMALLER MORE PERSONAL OFFICE THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT YOUR CHILD AND LISTENS.

Iu2019m not sure whatu2019s going on but we had an appointment at 10:10 am. We got there at 9:55 am. Sat down and waited 45 minutes watching all the people that came after us go in. I asked nicely why we havenu2019t been seen and they said there are many doctors. I sat back down but we had to be at another doctor at 11:30 so we left and told them to please cancel. We got a call from them at almost 11:00 asking if we were still in the lobby. We told the lady no we canceled and left, she said to please come back and they would help us. We drove back and they told us they couldnu2019t help us and that the other girl need advised the rest of the staff that we canceled. She said she can rebook for the next day so we agreed. They made a new app for us the next day at 10:10, we got there at 9:55 am. And yes, the same thing, literally everyone that was in lobby after us went in and they just had a look like u201coh wellu201d. We waited just over 45 minutes. Iu2019ve never had issues here so maybe this is personal, but we will not be bringing the baby here anymore. The staff in the front is hit or miss. Good luck.
