First, I called this place to make sure they took my insurance. The young lady over the phone was very nice and showed a lot of patience. The place is very clean, the young ladies at the front were kind. They called me to the back right away after walking in. My vitals were taken and my weight was recorded. Test were ran, the nurse was gentle and soft spoken as I had the biggest head ache ever. I was met by a lovely woman doctor (who runs the world, GIRLS), she was kind and didnu2019t treat me like I was contaminated in anyway. She offered me treatments and prescriptions. Overall a great experience. If need be, I will return.

Palmdale urgent care is a very great walk in clinic. I called them ahead of time to ask a few questions and gather some information. A very nice nurse by the name of Claudia answered all of my questions and concerns very thoroughly, and she walked me through the plans that the doctor would most likely give me. I went in and they were able to see me very quickly and help me with what I needed. Iu2019d recommend this clinic for anyone who is not insured or insured! everything is very fair there and the staff is very nice and friendly, as well as the doctor! Thank you again Claudia!

Today 4-25-25 was my first time at this clinic and the customer service was outstanding! Everyone was very nice and the consultation ended very quickly! Thank you to Claudia for her very generous service, I was already a little nervous showing up to a new clinic i've never been too before, but she made me feel very welcome, and is a very hard worker that isn't afraid to show a lighter side to things to make a client feel better!

They were very quick! And very nice! They helped my son and really listened to his issues, a lot of times when you go to small clinics it seems like they don't really listen or care about your problems but that's not the case here! They helped to the upmost best of their abilities and really took their time to figure out the issue! 10/10 recommend coming here!

Great Urgent Care office! Favorite part was how nice, welcoming, and professional the staff was! The Dr. Waugh made sure to explain everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Claudia my nurse made me feel comfortable and relax. Liliana and David made the check in and check out process so easy!nnLoved that they took my insurance! I did have a copay but it was worth it because the next one is till Santa Clarita. So if your are looking for a urgent care that takes LA Care this is the place!
