I came here for an urgent care visit. The doctor that was on site was very polite. The staff was very helpful. It wasn't a long wait. They got me in to see the doctor very quickly. I will be definitely recommending others to go to Palmers Urgent Care. This was by far the best urgent care I been to. Such great service.

The people that fixed his mistakes laughed at his prescriptions. I have strep throat so I asked to be prescribed Amoxicillin and an anti inflammatory. He pushed the Z-Pak telling me how it was so much better. Im not a Dr. so I said ok. I just know in my experience, that's what was prescribed in the past. I was not too sick at this point. Woke up the next day feeling worse. White spots had doubled in my throat. Was getting a fever. At 24hrs I peaked at a 102.7 fever. Thought maybe the antibiotic needed more time. I don't know. Did a lot of googling and all it did was talk down on the Zpak when involving strep throat. When I woke up the second day. My throat was almost completely white. I already hadn't been able to eat anything the past few day. Sipping water was a task at that. What I had going on now? I have no words for, but I was scared and in extreme pain. Had to call someone to get me, because I was unable to drive myself. Side note: I just turned 34 the day I saw him too. Im very healthy and in shape. Also I called him, leaving messages explaining, and asking for a return phone call. Nothing in 4 days so far, as of now. Ok, so when I got to the Emergency room. I explained my situation. They were in awe. Shocked. They gave me a few shots and ended up prescribing me what I asked him to, to begin with. I feel better now within 6 hrs. 12 much better. No more fever. I look forward to 24hrs. The antiinflamitory allowed me to eat for the first time in days, thank god. All in all. The Dr's in the emergency room said he shouldn't be treating people. Especially if he pushed the wrong information while having the correct information right in front of him. Thankful for people in the industry that care about their craft and there patients. This was 101 stuff.

Got here at 5:20. Sign says open until 7pm. No one is here. Lights are off. it looks deserted. No signs saying why they are closed. Thatu2019s really frustrating when youu2019re sick and you go out of your way to go someplace to get help during operating hours and theyu2019re closed without explanation.

This place is suppose to be open until 8pm according to the sign on the door as well as online; however I drove there to discover they were closed. There was no sign of explanation...just closed. Blank trip.
