I was impressed. The appointment was scheduled within a week of my first call. The Dr spent a longer-than-expected amount of time getting to know my history and needs. The focus of the Dr during my visit fully offset a potentially annoying but actually that long half hour wait time. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with these physicians. ud83dudc4d They had me in and out in a timely manner and helped me with every question or concern I had. Both the nurse and doctor I met were very kind and respectful about my situation. Very happy to be able to continue my time here. Dr. Weimer was very considerate and very gentle in his approach which I value greatly. He matched my vibe and made me feel welcomed. Hope that they can provide you with the same superb service and you as well can leave with a smile on your face.

Been going to appian way office for a few years it used to be a good officeI have had two labs lost and been told I never showed upGetting in contact with someone to set up an appointment good luckI actually had someone call me saying to set up an appointment I said ok let me know what a good day was and I was told oh you need to call and set it up.I am now with another primary care and itu2019s great

This is absolutely the worst GP you could go to. They do not care about the well being of their paitents what so ever. They only care about getting the patient in the office to collect their money. They refused to refill a prescription for me because it had been 1 year and 1 week since I had last been seen. You go in and they make you take all these unnecessary test. Waste your time. This is not the first time I have had problems with this office. Chelsea is the worst Dr. I have ever been to. Dont put your well being at risk by going to this clinic.

I came here because Palmetto Primary Care in Summerville could not fit me in when I needed to be seen that day. I was able to see PA Chelsie Rich. She was great, patient, kind, knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. Within 1-2 hours, the prior authorization that I had been waiting 6 months to get, from the summerville doctor, was done and I was able to get my diabetes medicine that evening. I've never had to wait too long to be seen. My only problem was leaving refill requests by phone but after not hearing back within a day or so, I would leave my request with whomever answered the phone up front, problem solved. I never did without meds since I would call before I was completely out. I highly recommend her because she has been good to me and was there when I needed a physicians help. Feeling cared for/important makes all the difference in the world.
