Healthcare is supposed to be personalI walked into the office , after using different offices about 5 yearsI was told to check in myself at the kioskOh HELL NOThree people behind the desk, always a quick 30 second check inI asked the girl to do it, thatu2019s her job, not mineI ended up in. Full blown panic AttackThe office manager said and I quote u201cshe was trying to train meu201dNo. I donu2019t work hereHer, everything is going that way, even at McDonaldsSERIOUSLY? Comparing healthcare to a burger?Secondly, you are not forced to use a kiosk, you can wait for help at McDonaldsLastly, I donu2019t use McDobaldsThen she told me it was HIPPA regulationsSo for the past 5 years, HIPPA laws were violated when I give my name to the receptionist?Now I realize these changes are not the fault of the staff.Thereu2019s was no warning and no optionI was shaking, pacing and starting to have a hard time breathing , because they would not help until a panic attack ensuedHonestly Home Depot cares more about my feelings than Optum

Today, Dr. Divita spent my time defending the other bad doctors and actively trying to irritate a cancer patient with mental illness, for the benefit of his god complex. He charged my insurance to not do anything but argue. No ears, throat, heart, lungs... Just defending his other doctors like a lawyer, for my cancer. I didn't want to go in the first place. If they talk down to you, just take it. If you confront them, they get worse.

I have been so pleased with the care and staff in this office. They are kind, caring, courteous and very professional. Yara is amazing!! She is so attentive and thorough. Dr. Hagerty is amazing. He really listens and cares about my concerns. Antonio (Tony) was awesome at getting my referrals and following up with me and my wife. I'm so thrilled we made the switch to Optum. I know the staff works hard and could be frazzled from all the demands put on them daily, but I so appreciate each one and the job they do. Thank you!!
