Absolutely insane. Doctor Molai is great. Sheu2019s been kind and addresses my concerns.nGetting an appointment or a prescription is a complete nightmare.nEvery time I call I am on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. There is no option to leave a message. There is no online option to be able to schedule an appointment so Iu2019m forced to wait on hold on the phone.nLast time I requested a renewal of my birth control it was a complete disaster. Someone from the front desk renewed the wrong prescription from my history even though I spelled it out and provided the strength of both brand and generic. They called me back confused when I notified them of the mix up. The person in the front didnu2019t know the difference between two completely different medications and didnu2019t understand the issue. Once it was cleared up, they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, not the one I asked them to. I provided the pharmacy name and information. It was ridiculous. It took a whole month to get the whole issue worked out.

This company only wants your ud83dudcb0, I was scheduled for a follow-up visit after my lab work and they wanted to charge me a co payment again. I work in the health field and at my company we never charge for a follow-up. I don't feel like a patient should pay a co payment again for a follow-up visit that the doctor requested because she to busy to call her patient back to go over her labs over the phone. I am more upset because they should of said something about the co payment before my appointment, like when I was making the appointment or calling to confirm my appointment. I loved my doctor but I am sorry I will be looking for another doctor's office that's really cares about their patients

Had an appointment today at 10 am, arrived at 10:12 due to the construction on FW15 and they wouldnu2019t take me in, had me reschedule the appointment. But when they are late I have to wait. They made me waist 50 mins of driving, plus the time I was in the office. Impossible to call them while driving, there are so many prompts and wait times to get a hold of them!

Excellent medical facility. Staff is friendly. Nurses are skilled and very helpful. Dr. Thomas Rastle is superb. He is extremely well-informed, thorough and caring. Truly a one of a kind doctor!

I've been completely satisfied with my care at Graybill. Dr. Ricci and staff have been ultra helpful and I never have trouble getting a quick appointment if needed.
