I visited this urgent care expecting basic services like blood work or diagnostic testsu2014turns out theyu2019re not equipped for either. On top of that, thereu2019s no sense of urgency at all. I was left waiting in the exam room for hours with no updates. Whatu2019s the point of an urgent care that doesnu2019t offer real care or urgency? I wish I had read the reviews before coming. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere better prepared to actually help.

I have been coming here for almost 11 years now for my 2 sons, my husband and for myself. We absolutely love this place! The staff is very friendly, the Doctors are all very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Iu2019d definitely recommend going here to anyone looking for a great place to take themselves or their family!!

This place is 10/10! Check-in went quick and didn't have to wait long to get seen! Front desk staff are super friendly and straight to the point.nAnd Dr. Hartnett! She made me feel so much better about my open wound! I came to have my stitches checked out and she explained everything about wound care and cleaning that the other hospital did not. She made me feel so much better!! and I feel confident and less worried coming back to actually get the stitches removed.nThank you so much ud83dude4f

The doctors are very nice. My big problem is they tell you the wrong copay. I told them repeatedly that I didn't have a copay since I met my max out of pocket. They kept telling me that's not now max out of pocket works. Well I do know how it works for my insurance since ever since I met it I stopped paying for everything. Even if they were right for argument sake, the copay they told me was wrong. Not going here again.

Dr Dubois was an amazing doctor to see for my child. He was thorough, respectful and really good with kids. The staff were amazing really friendly. Loved coming here. First time experience will be back again if my kiddos or myself get sick. Thank you guys for everything ud83dude0a
