Made an appointment for a Saturday, was told reschedule. The technican didn't show up. Could not verify my insurance because had DOB wrong. Extremely unprofessional staff. Tried to place a complaint, the supervisor didn't even bother to return my call. Overall incredibly bad experience with this place. Go elsewhere if possible.

I had an appointment on 05/14/2025 with this company. I didn't know that they existed. Very little wait time. Very professional from the front desk to the difference departments. Friendly and curtesy. Everything was explained and they allow for questions. Noted multiple difference studies can be done. It was a pleasant experience.

I was directed by my pcp to get some studies done at Professional Radiology, unfortunately they were packed the day I went (as walk-in) so they could not take me, but were rescheduled. I was about 5 minutes late for my appointment but the team was very flexible and took me in. Got my studies done in less than an hour, service was great all the personnel was kind and attentive.
