I have insurance and I specifically checked before coming to this clinic if it was in my network or I wouldnu2019t have drove 30 minutes. I waited an hour filled out forms and they still couldnu2019t figure out my insurance even though I showed them on the site itu2019s in network. So it was a big waste of time. Didnu2019t see a doctor and wasted my day. All I required was BP medication to be filled.

We went as a walk-ins to get a physical check for my cousin to start to his school and we were waiting for 3 hours and a half!!!nWe ask for what was happenings because was a very long time and the woman in the front office said she can't do anything, without any explanation.nI believe if you are working with public you must be gentle and nice.nAt the end the accounting manager was who requested sorry and gave us an explanation that was only one doctor working.nWe were 3hours and a half wihout food and drinks waiting with two kids giving complaints all the time.nI recommend to the office let this know to the public and give to us an option to wait or not.

They are nice here and so is the doctor. I just don't like that it takes longer than it should. I get here at 3 and I'm the waiting room for +30min. When I get to the exam room I wait another +30min. It's a bit difficult to wait since I have to run around and get things done or have to work. I really just here to renew a script...but even with the sick visit, it's the same waiting game...

Unfortunately, my last experience at Panira Healthcare was deplorable. L.E., my healthcare giver, just doesnu2019t seem to get it and doesnu2019t listen to his patients (or maybe just me). This was clearly explained several times to L.E. I had been experiencing severe flu like symptoms that were abnormal from just the flu. I had a urine and blood samples taken and administered a sa drip for my dehydration, all great. At this point he recommends or rather insists I go to the ER as the results of the blood tests and my others will be back right away, whereas the results from the ones I had just given would not be until the next day or by the following day after that. Iu2019m thinking it is already almost 5pm and what is a few extra hours. I donu2019t have health insur and therefore use this clinic when Iu2019m ill or as necessary. Being that I self pay, unless Iu2019m dying, Iu2019m not going to the ER. I explained this to him again as everyone knows it thousands of dollars to just walk through the door of the ER. He was unrelenting in his insistence on me going to the ER regardless of telling him I wasnu2019t going until I finally gave in and told him I would go, thinking this was the only way to get him stop hounding me. I made sure that results would be back the following day or the next and he said u201cyesu201d. I didnu2019t go the ER that night and starting mid-afternoon the next day called to see if results of blood/urine had been returned but there was no answer and left 2 msg but no return call. Finally, the following afternoon a call came in, and here is the shocker, I was told u201c We never sent out any of your samples, because you said you were going to the ERu201d This was a sick and disturbing thing to do to someone. I donu2019t think he ever had any intention of sending them out to the lab, regardless of whether I went to the ER or not! The people that work at the Panira clinic are awesome, I have to point out this out, the whole experience for me was ruined by L Egger.

Sad to see this is Panira's last day open. I didn't always agree or see eye to eye with all of the doctors there but I firmly believe they all mean well. Doctor Lawrence Egger is a good man with a good heart along with his lovely wife and staff. I know Lawrence worked hard and put in long hours to get updated clinic open and running. Unfortunately too many people taking advantage of the clinics generosity in my opinion. Running up medical bills with zero intention of paying them or making payment arrangements. Sad to see such a noble clinic close its doors.
