I am very disappointed with my visit today. The front desk was fine, but the female doctor was rude, unpleasant, and no manners at all. I was treated like I was an inconvenience and not a paying customer. Don't let the good reviews fool you like it did to me. You're better off going to a different urgent care that won't charge you as much and treat you with respect.

This place was absolutely awesome. I walked in no appointment and waited less than five minutes. The doctor was just as nice as he could be. They did all the tests that I needed to have done in a quick and timely manner. I was in and out in no time. The people in this office were very nice and kind and went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this place for any medical needs and Dr.Sanchez is just as nice as he can be. He is the type of doctor that you want to take care of you for all your medical needs.

Do NOT ever go here! Our doctor told my husband to get a UTI test while we were on vacation since he is recovering from prostate cancer treatment. We gave a sample to MD Urgent Care in Lady Lake. We called every day for results and MD Urgent Care kept telling us to call back tomorrow, so we did for 5 days and still no results. On day 6 we called the actual lab and they told us they never got the sample from MD Urgent Care who never told us they never sent the sample. We went back and gave another sample and they said they would send it to the lab but it turns out they never sent that one either. Go anywhere else but MD Urgent Care. They are terrible.

Husband and I got sick on vacation with Influenza A. Our experience with MD NOW URGENT CARE was excellent. Facility is clean and bright, all staff provided great care and I appreciate being able to check in for an appointment before I got there. I highly recommend this care center.

They have a feature on their website that says they'll text you when it is time to come in....don't believe it. Said to get here at 1:39pm and I was 2 in line. Got here at 1:35pm. I've seen people leave. 3 other people have been called back. It is now 3:15pm and i'm still in the waiting room. Their estimate obviously wasn't even close. Also several people that were waiting have walked out.nOn the other hand, the staff and the doctor were delightful. Once I got to see them they took care of me quickly and were very personable and friendly.nThey just need to fix their system or have people call before going in.
