Don't know if I came at the right time or what, but my visit was pretty good. Waiting room was empty and looked like one person being seen, so my wait was maybe 15 minutes. After getting called back it was quick, PA listened examined, told me the treatment plan. In the waiting room afterwards was the longest part, and they gave paper prescriptions instead of electronically sending it, so I'm deducting one star for both of these

Walked in at 5:10 pm. 50 mins before closing time. My son and I got turned away. We were not allowed to sign in. Be different if door was locked or sign on door say something about last sign up time. Guess you gotta show up way before hand.

Writing this review as I still wait outside their office. Been waiting over 45 minutes and theyu2019re closed. The door says 8am. No sign or anything stating hour change. Had a line of guests waiting including a delivery person dropping off supplies. Extremely unprofessional.

I've been coming here for years. Today the doctor that seen me was horrible first she chose to take her time with the patients because she thought talking about her house in lake Mathews was much more important. Then the male farmacist was present when she got out the room and chose to give out what I needed in front of him. really that made me feel horrible and no privacy that was rude and uncalled for . The other girls working there are amazing though.

The best urgent care Iu2019ve been. The staff are friendly, professional, and patient. The PA who was assigned to me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me in detail what my body was experiencing and gave me extra tips on how to feel better.
