Iu2019m not a fan of the electronic sign in, but thatu2019s no fault of any one person.Dr. Barrett and Dr. Coleman are great. We switched to the Tallmadge location from Stow for a couple reasons. For one, Dr. Barrett is much more personable and easier to talk to than any of the other women in Stow. Another reason is that they have a male doctor now. My son is 8 and felt more comfortable with a man and luckily Dr. Coleman is a good doctor as well.The entire staff here is just better all around. Iu2019m happy to go to doctors appointments. We are also not vaccinating and we have not felt shamed or pressured to change our minds. We were asked why we made the decisions and itu2019s been left at that.

Really friendly staff, no delay in appointment, that was so nice! I had an early am appt, was greeted by a lovely medical secretary, I was not kept waiting for appointment, they took me right on time. The Medical staff is professional and courteous. Great location, easy access to building if you have issues walking a distance. Plenty of parking. Glad I found this place!

They got me in quickly with almost no wait time. The doctor, Nick Baron, and his PA in training were friendly and compassionate . They listened to my concerns without treating me like i didn't have a clue and didn't do any unnecessary testing. I was out 45 total minutes later including x-rays being taken and results reviewed. I was very impressed with them as I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years. I'd highly recommend them.

My 13 year ago had not been feeling good for 3 days. Tried to get into her doctor, no appointment available..tried Acme quick clinic but due to the swelling around her eyes the advised me that urgent would be best. I chose this location because it was closer than Green and didn't feel Childrens was necessary. My daughter was miserable, even slept while we waited to be called to be seen. Had a temp of 102. The staff at the desk were very pleasant and the nurse was very welcoming but Dr. Riggs was down right unpleasant. Showed absolutely no compassion and seemed to be rushing us (clearly because when ourtimewas up we overheard her saying at the desk she wasn't staying over a minute pass the time she was off). What really set me off is, my daughter wears contacts but due to her swollen eyelids she was not wearing them but wore an old pair of glasses that she does not wear and the prescription is old. Riggs had her do an eye test and without even asking me about contacts she just stepped into the room and VERY rudely said, her vision is atrocious and needs to get to her eye doctor....and just simply walked away! So, I have talked to a few people and apparently I am not the only one that had a terrible experience with her. She picked a profession to help people! She needs to really work on her people skills and needs to show some compassion and have a heart. Unfortunately, myself or any other member in our family will not be seen here. We will do our best to see our Doctor, go to Green or in an emergency Childrens. To the other ladies working with your new computer system, I'm sure you were stressed but you never showed it. Thank you for being professional!!!

I went to the Express Care Center after being really sick for over a week and a half. My company had recently changed our insurance carrier, so there was a huge issue with not being recognized in the system for insurance. The staff here worked with me and were all so kind, knowing I really needed help. It's tough to find such a caring, empathetic staff these days. Thank you all so much!
