I chose Advanced Urgent Care based on the excellent reviewsu2026 and was not disappointed!! The staff is amazingu2014 everyone, from front desk to nurse to doctor, was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Being able to make an appointment made all the difference, but even without one, it would have been a great experience. The facility is welcoming and comfortable as well. So grateful!

I went there twice in the last two weeks. Had good experiences. Both u201cpractitionersu201d (which is fancy name for nurse in charge), Jandy and Jessica, were attentive, patient, personal and respectful. The staff is generally good at the front desk They donu2019t stare into their computers all the time, but greet you and answer questions . The facilities were clean and fresh. The wait was not too long. For the second visit I made an appointment that cut the time down even more. You can make one easily online. Overall, a positive impression and I would return here without hesitation.

We went to this clinic for a last minute athletic physical for my teen with an appointment.The space was clean and staff were polite. The check in was easy. Once we got in a room, someone came in without identifying himself or his role and asked questions. A few minutes after he left a woman came in and didnu2019t identify herself or her role until I asked (Jessica, NP). She did the minimum to fill out the form (less than 2 minutes in the room, but fine, not an issue). Then another person (who also never identified herself) came in to u201cdischargeu201d my kid. She sent us back to the waiting room. Then different staff called my kid back twice because they forgot to do different parts of the physical (height, blood pressure, vision screening).We paid $69 for the physical and got the form filled out so goal accomplished, but not a great experience. With an appointment we were there almost 2 hours.

I had a bad case of bronchitis and received excellent care at this clinic. The staff was very kind and professional. They answered my many questions about each of the treatments they administered. I came in wheezing and coughing my brains out, and after they gave me a breathing treatment and steroid shot to relax and open myLungs the coughing spasms calmed down. I felt too lousy to go to the drug store and get my prescriptions filled but luckily they dispense meds right there on sight for a reasonable price. I would have used my insurance to cover that if but I just wanted to go home and go back to bed. I made a sane day appointment online and didnu2019t wait long at all . The building was very clean and nice looking and they have a private parking lot behind it with plenty of spaces . I would definitely use Advanced Urgent Care again and highly recommend it .

I will start with the positive. The provider Jessica was absolutely amazing!! She was very thorough, informative & understanding.Now for the not so positive. Check in was an absolute nightmare. I arrived at 8am as a walk in. Provided my insurance information which is Blue Cross. They stated my coverage came back unknown. I called Blue Cross and they stated my insurance is active. I asked the urgent care if there is a possibility there portal doesn't work with Blue Crosses portal and they said it wasn't there portal that its my insurance. Almost 2-1/2 hours later and multiple phone calls it turns out it was the urgent cares portal that was the issue...
