Ladies at the front desk were rude and not very professional, my husband was trying to explain to them what he needed and one of the ladies kept arguing with him telling him they donu2019t do x rays when he never said anything about getting an x ray. We decided just to leave and go to the alpha urgent care in ocean springs where every time weu2019ve been there itu2019s been great! Id rather drive the 30 minutes there then to deal with this place again.

We went here and my son was told he had strep so medications where sent to the pharmacy- he was seen at around 12. My husband went to get his meds and they were not there but he waited about 45 mins for them to show up. When they didnu2019t he left and I called 5 times and finally someone answered. They said give the provider 45 mins and they would be in- around 3- I said fine Iu2019ll get them after work, I arrived at the pharmacy at 5 and no meds. I called again and was placed on hold for 10 mins and just left there. Still no meds and still on hold.

sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours got sent back waited another 40 minutes just for my doctor to take 2 minutes to diagnose me. drive 30 minutes to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and after waiting 1.5 hours for them just to send it over, it still has yet to be sent. save your time and go somewhere else.

The staff is cool, but is extremely slow. Thereu2019s no urgency about this place. Waitingn2 hrs for a school physical with no line of people before us is insane! This is the second time within 2 months coming here with the same wait time. I was actually sick the first time. I walked out after waiting 1hr45mins and called Teladoc.

Been coming here for years and as I'm working on my third hour here, I won't ever be back. Literally 3hrs waiting on a doctors excuse and a referral. Staffs attitude after getting paid was leave if you want but when asked about a refund we were basically ignored
