Worst urgent care clinic Iu2019ve gone to. Male provider was great, but besides that, clinic is managed horribly. No answers to front desk, and no urgency in patient care. Itu2019s a shame, I live close by, but will not be going again.

If I could give it 0 I would I truly tried to give this place a chance itu2019s so close to my house. They donu2019t know what they are doing they have the most unhelpful staff and they do not care about their people !! Donu2019t come here.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went because I was feeling sick and thought I had a flu. I got covid tested before I went in and results came negative so I was allowed in. I got into the room pretty quick but i waited a total of almost 3 hours. Iu2019m pregnant and I informed them of this. They told me the doctor would see me shortly 2 times but it was just runaround. I ended up leaving before I was even seen, because I began feeling dizzy and nauseous. They didnu2019t even apologize they just allowed me to leave and didnu2019t even care. Worst health service Iu2019ve ever experienced.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful! It seemed like they actually cared about me. I came in because I had a sore throat. I am also pregnant and they took time to ask about the pregnancy and congratulate me! I didnu2019t feel like just another number. The detail collected was thorough. I was impressed by the patient care, and they informed me of non-pharmacological methods to help manage symptoms since my sore throat is viral. The only down side is I was there for 2 hours. They were not fast, but they covered a lot of information. I rather get good care then be pushed through a system.

I waited 3 hours to be seen for my initial visit. After the provider saw me, she said I needed a stat chest X-ray, but the X-ray tech was already gone for the day. I made an appointment for the X-ray first thing the next morning. I still had to wait an hour for the X-ray, and they told me I had a telehealth follow up scheduled for that afternoon at 3:00 so the provider could go over the results of the X-ray and prescribe medication. The provider never called me at 3:00, and I called at 4:00 and 5:00 to follow up. Each time I was told a different excuse as to why the provider hadnu2019t called me for my telehealth follow up, but was assured sheu2019d still be calling me that evening. I never received a call, and I had to follow up AGAIN the next morning. The telehealth visit to go over my X-ray ended up happening with a different provider almost 24 hours after it was supposed to with no apology for the inconvenience. Iu2019ve never had such a terrible experience with an urgent care.
