I been coming to Patchogue Urgent Care for about 5 years now. And I always had a great experience! The medical staffs from the receptionist down to the PA are wonderful! Today I had a chance to met Ms. Faiza their medical assistant! Sheu2019s very nice, very careful in what sheu2019s doing and soft spoken! I am very comfortable coming and recommending this place, because they have great medical staffs and the clinic is clean!

First I was greeted by Natalia. A smart professional Assistant, who treated me with kindness and professionalism.nAfter only a few minutes was taken in where vitals and info were taken followed shortly thereafter with an intern and Nurse practitioner.nI haven't felt so well cared for in a long while .They got right to my issue and handled it with grace and respect for my health and feelings.nI recommend this urgent to anyone who needs medical assistance.nThank you. Quick and easy visit. Staff was nice and I didnu2019t have to wait long. They took good care of grandpa! MA Natalia explained everything clearly and was super friendly and sweet ! Definitely recommend if you need urgent care !

So amazingly caring and helpful! Their compassion is not lost on me. They squeezed me in when my doctor couldnu2019t see me and helped me get the referral I needed for a sonogram. They put my mind at ease and did this all within the same day! Highly recommend!

I had to have some blood work done at Patchogue Urgent care. . I am not a fan what so ever of needles. Natalia came in to draw my blood and assured me I would not feel a thing. She made me feel very comfortable as soon as she walked in. She was very positive, big smile, and you can tell she knew what she was doing. She did what she needed to do and she was right, I felt nothing. Thank you Natalia for doing what you do. You're awesome.
