This place is a money grab joke with low quality physicians. My son went here and had bronchitis and suspected strep throat. They did do a swab which was negative, but the doctor didnu2019t check his glads or do/order a chest xray. He gave him a cough medicine only, not antibiotic, and a lidocaine syringe with incoherent vague instructions as to not take by mouth. My son almost drank it as a cough syrup. That is irresponsible. I demanded an inhaler and I am glad I did because when I took him to a real doctor they found he has pneumonia which they didnu2019t bother to check for. Malpractice much? I called to complain and instead of helping me and apologizing, or making it right, the other doctor brushed it off even though he admitted the lidocaine was a bad decision. I will never go back and I donu2019t think anyone else should either. That is awful patient care.

My husband and I went here a couple of months ago, both very sick. I was vomiting, had diarrhea, hot and cold, sweating etc. My husband had symptoms of possible Covid. The medical assistant wouldn't listen when my husband asked to use a different BP cuff on him because it was hurting him; he said it like 4 times before he had to get a slightly louder tone to his voice. They did flu test, both negative. Basically told us to let it run it's course, we'll be good in a couple days. About a day goes by and my husband said he wanted to take a covid test so I did also.. POSITIVE for covid!!! Why this place is not testing for covid as well as the flu blows my mind. It's all about quickness there and sadly seems like the almighty dollar also.

While I honestly dislike going to doctors and am a bit suspect of them, Dr. Abim and the great women in the office were OUTSTANDING!! From Karina who took my vitals, to The great lady at the front desk who welcomed me in and was very helpful in helping me work through my cash pay scenario. The X-ray tech was a cheerful and professional person that was so kind and gentle while positioning my injured hand.nnThe people here were so kind and professional. Best healthcare I have received in years. Thanks so much everyone.

my father went in there earlier this morning because he got burned while cooking , & believed it was a 3rd degree burn so he went to this location to make sure & see if they can treat it, in any way. all the doctor did was just tell him, u201cit will pop eventually & to just continue keeping it wrapped for the next few weeksu201d, when my dad gave the receptionist or nurse his insurance card & license to give to the doctor , the lady came back & told my father that he will have to pay out of pocket & my dad was clueless on why when he had his insurance card & they just kept saying he has to pay out of pocket for it & then asked for workers comp. ridiculous, that my father had to pay $125 for them to not treat him or give him any type of meds .we are extremely disappointed & confused on this & would like REAL answers .

I would like to express my concern regarding the experience my child had during a recent medical visit. The medical assistant who performed the flu test on my child seemed to lack the proper technique and handled the procedure in a manner that caused significant discomfort. The swab was inserted quickly and forcefully, resulting in immediate pain for my child. His eyes began watering uncontrollably, and his nose was visibly swollen and tender.nnI regret not addressing this in the moment, as the assistant was in and out quickly, offering a brief apology without any follow-up. However, I feel it is important to voice my concern now. It was distressing to see my child in such pain, and I am left questioning why the procedure was done so hastily and aggressively. I am sharing this experience in the hope that it will be addressed appropriately.nnShould any further complications arise from this incident, I believe the medical assistant should be held accountable for their actions.
