Just got forgotten about in an exam room. Paid over 100 dollars just to walk out the door and not even get the service I paid for. Was told 15 minutes max on flu / covid test results. I waited 45 minutes before I walked out the door. Not busy at all, while talking to coworkers. Bringing in new patients back instead of treating the ones they have. I don't understand how urgent care has gotten so bad so quickly. 2nd bad experience at two different locations within a 2 month span. You're better off just dealing with whatever you have yourself.

my NP was phenomenal! he was so sweet, and informative to me.nthe MA was thorough when asking about my reason for visit. And the front desk staff were quick and efficient with getting me checked in, and paying my co-pay!ni will be back to this stopwatch urgent care!

The staff were extremely nice. I brought my newborn in with me and Skiba the M.A. (I think that's her name) was very helpful, she even held him while I got my weight checked. I was then taken into the examine room where she listened to my questions and concern, instead of rushing off she took her time to take my vitals and talk to me about what was going on. If you can see this Skiba, thank you so much, I was having a rough day but your kindness alone brightened my day! We need more people like you. Thank you so much !
